Toby Hyman

General manager

Starting his marine career at Alloy Yachts in 2002 Toby brings 23 years of Marine industry experience to the table as a Marine Engineer and Director.

Toby has worked on some of the worlds most exciting marine projects including the 141 meter Gigayacht YAS in Abu Dhabi, and the Australian Navy’s two LHD air craft carriers, built in Melbourne Australia .

Toby has a real passion for boats and when not fixing boats or out boating himself can be found stretched out on the couch looking at boats on trade me.

He knows first hand what customer expectations are when it comes to reliability on the water.

Tristen Crafton

Engineer

Orignially from San Diego, Tristen arrived on a super yacht and fell in love with New Zealand.

Tristen is a keen spear fisherman and outdoors man.

A real marine journeyman having worked in Alaska on fish processing trawlers, traveling down through the pacific on a super yacht, building marina docks and working for Dredging New Zealand for a time.

Tristen has been with Auckland Marine Systems since 2021 and is has recently taken on an apprentice of his own.
